Our Wedding

Our story began in November of 2022 in a way neither of us could have predicted. The first time we saw each other was at Terre Haute Brewing Co., where Ryan was playing the drums. We didn’t talk that night, but little did we know that a simple moment of crossing paths would soon become the beginning of something amazing. Just two days later, we matched on a dating app. Ryan was the one who sent the first message, and from there, a conversation began that would change both of our lives. What started as a simple match turned into getting to know each other, sharing laughs, making memories, and building a relationship we both knew was something special. When Ryan decided it was time to ask the biggest question, he planned a surprise that was perfectly us. He took me to one of our favorite restaurants and secretly called ahead to share his plans with the staff. During dinner, they brought out a special plate with “Will you marry me?” written in chocolate. As it was placed in front of me, Ryan got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. From the first moment we saw each other, to a swipe right, to a chocolate message and a promise of forever, our story has been filled with little moments that brought us exactly where we are today.

Tayler and Maggie met in middle school and have been inseparable ever since; Tayler has been by Maggie’s side through every milestone, laugh, and late-night heart-to-heart. As Maid of Honor, she brings steady calm, fierce loyalty, and endless creativity—helping with planning, styling, and keeping the whole crew smiling on wedding weekend in Terre Haute.

Ryan and Nick met in high school (go Patriots!) and have been close ever since; Nick’s been there for graduations, moves, and every big life moment in between. Steady, loyal, and quick with a laugh, Nick keeps things grounded and brings energy to every room. As Best Man, he’s helping with logistics, bachelor weekend plans, and making sure Ryan (and everyone) has a great time.

Caitlin is Maggie’s sister-in-law and close friend who’s been part of the family through thick and thin. Warm, dependable, and quick with a joke, she helps keep everyone grounded and smiling. Caitlin has supported wedding planning, and can always be counted on for a calming presence during the busiest moments.

Ryan’s friend since high school and he’s been a steady presence ever since. Nate’s supported Ryan through milestones and adventures alike.

Ryan’s friend since high school! Funny, easygoing, he’s the guy who lightens tense moments and keeps the group laughing.

Halle is Ryan’s sweet six-year-old niece who will charm everyone as our flower girl. Full of giggles and curiosity, she loves anything pink and sparkly, and having the attention of the room! We’re so happy she’s part of our wedding day.
